Act didn't show up to the event. What can I do?

Follow the below steps if your act has not shown up to your event: 

• Step 1: Head to your dashboard and locate the gig

• Step 2: Open the 'gig advert' and click on the 'Act No Show - Backfill' feature

• Step 3: Ensure that you have attempted to call the original act and then select 'Reject'

• Step 4: Our friendly support team will receive your request and promptly find an alternative backup. The original act will be removed from the booking, and the event will be displayed as an 'Open Gig' until we successfully source and book a new act
