Can I cancel a confirmed booking?

GigRealm allows you to cancel a gig with 72 hours notice. After this, the contract remains active unless both parties mutually agree to terminate the agreement.

To cancel a gig, simply follow these steps:

• Step 1: Navigate to your dashboard and find the gig you want to cancel

• Step 2: Click the 3 dots icon on the righthand side of the gig and select 'cancel slot'

• Step 3: Alternatively, you can open the gig advert and locate the 'Cancel' button in the top right corner

• Step 4: Once you initiate a cancellation the act will then receive a notification to inform them

If your gig is within 72 hours of the start date and time, the cancellation must be mutually agreed between both parties. Once this has been agreed, please email [email protected] with your cancellation request.
