How can I keep track of my gigs? My gig status is 'awaiting payment', what can I do? I performed a gig but missed the gig offer acceptance time. What can I do? When will I receive my gig payment? Why do you need my bank details, will I be charged?

I performed a gig but missed the gig offer acceptance time. What can I do?


  • Step 1: Check to see if the gig offer is on your dashboard 
  • Step 2: If you can't locate the gig offer, please reach out to the venue directly and request them to upload the gig into the system and resend the offer
  • Step 3: Ensure that you accept the new gig offer they send 
  • Step 4: The venue will then be able to process your gig payment
