How can I keep track of my gigs? My gig status is 'awaiting payment', what can I do? I performed a gig but missed the gig offer acceptance time. What can I do? When will I receive my gig payment? Why do you need my bank details, will I be charged?

When will I receive my gig payment?

You can easily keep track of your gig payment status through your dashboard:


  • Step 1: Go to your dashboard
  • Step 2: Click on the 'past events' tab
  • Step 3: Check the status of your gig payment

Awaiting Payment: The venue has yet to approve your payment


In Progress: The payment has been approved by the venue and is on its way to you


Payment Due: This indicates that the payment process is nearing completion, and it will display the arrival date for your gig payment


Paid: This means that the funds have successfully reached your bank account
